Reservations and Payments:

To make a reservation, a deposit or full payment is required as specified in each case. Payment can be made through payment methods accepted by Mama Tava Travel.
The price of tours and services is subject to change without prior notice. However, once the reservation is made, the agreed price will not be affected by subsequent changes.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, charges and refund policies will apply as established in our cancellation policies.

Modifications and Cancellations:

Mama Tava Travel reserves the right to make changes to itineraries, schedules or activities due to unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond our control. We will use our best efforts to notify you of such changes and seek suitable alternatives.
In case of cancellation by Mama Tava Travel due to unforeseen situations or insufficient participants, a full refund or an equivalent tour alternative will be offered depending on your preference.
Responsibility and Safety:

Mama Tava Travel strives to ensure the safety of our clients during tours and activities. However, each participant is responsible for their own safety and must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by our guides or staff.
Mama Tava Travel is not responsible for any losses, damages, injuries or expenses incurred during the tours, unless due to proven negligence on the part of the company.

Civil Liability Exclusion Clauses:

Civil Liability:Mama Tava Travel is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, theft or expense suffered by participants during the tours or activities. Participants assume full responsibility for their personal safety and must follow the instructions provided by our guides and staff at all times.

Health Conditions: Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in adequate physical and health condition to participate in the tours and activities. Mama Tava Travel is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses or pre-existing medical conditions that may arise during the tour due to the participant's failure to notify her of her health status.

Risk Activities:Some of our tours and activities may involve certain inherent risks, such as hiking on uneven terrain, swimming in open water, or practicing adventure sports. Participants must be aware of and accept these risks before participating in such activities.

Climatic and Natural Conditions:Mama Tava Travel cannot guarantee the climatic conditions or natural conditions of the destinations visited. Some activities may be affected or modified due to adverse weather conditions, tidal changes or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Mama Tava Travel reserves the right to make adjustments or changes to the itinerary to ensure the safety of participants.

Exclusion of Liability for Force Majeure:Mama Tava Travel will not be responsible for failures or delays in the provision of contracted services due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, political conflicts, strikes, road closures or other force majeure situations.

By participating in the tours and activities offered by Mama Tava Travel, participants acknowledge and accept these exclusion clauses of civil liability and death. It is the responsibility of the participants to inform themselves about the conditions and risks associated with each tour and to act responsibly during their participation.
