Explore the paradise of Chacahua: Nature, history and coastal delights in a single trip.

Our fist part will be an hour car ride to the quiet town of Zapotalito, where our boat awaits to go through the mangroves of Chacahuas Lagoon. We have a guide that’ll take you to the islands of the lagoon, and it’ll tell you the history of each of them. During this tour you’ll also see different birds and fish, this will take approximately 50 minutes.

Afterwards, we will arrive at the natural paradise of Chacahua, a place where the lagoon connects with the sea, where there are several meters of crystal clear water at low altitude where you can swim. We will take you to our favorite restaurant, where you will taste the traditional cuisine of the Oaxacan coast, the famous catch of the day or fresh shrimp.
